This is just some random pictures taken while at Skene House. We were here a little over six weeks before our shipment arrived and cleared customs. Hope you enjoy...
Landen is modeling one of my new "woolly" accomplishments...shh...it might be a present for someone really special! Look at those sweet freckles!
This is the Skene House Lounge in the main building. They were always serving tea, coffee, and biscuits...another very British thing. I love it! And I love that they love tea here more than coffee...:) They also had a big basket of toys and games and copies of all the different newspapers. We would go down sometimes and "chill" for a bit. We would play games, people watch out the big window...or on a rainy day (as all the sunny ones we went to the park or for a nice walk) the boys would play and I would make a cup of tea and knit while lounging on a couch!!
There was an invasion of "superheroes" into our flat!!! They came to save the day!!!
It was quite hysterical to see they come out of the bedroom all "geared" up like this! Trevor has his Leapster carrying case strapped to his head!!! I laugh even now as I sit here typing this. :)
A busy day of playing and going for a long walk tuckered this little guy right out! FYI, we did not pack a stroller in our air shipment...they are in out ocean shipment! At this point we were contemplating buying one...
